This policy explains how Rikster (“Rikster,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information. Rikster is an independent app studio based in Mexico that publishes mobile apps, including Kin and MotoDojo.

1. Who we are

Rikster is the publisher of the Kin and MotoDojo mobile applications. We are the data controller for personal information processed through this website and for company-level communications such as email you send us.

2. Information this website collects

This marketing website is intentionally minimal. We do not require you to create an account to use it, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels on it. The site may process:

• Email you send us. If you contact hello@rikster.co, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we keep it as long as needed to handle your request.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse. These logs are short-lived.

3. Information our apps collect

Personal data tied to using an app — your account, profile, content, location, payments, and so on — is collected and described in that app's own privacy policy, not here. We keep each app's data separate and governed by that app's policy:

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Respond to your questions, support requests, and business inquiries.
• Operate, secure, and maintain this website.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to run our website and email — for example, hosting and email delivery. They process data only on our behalf and under contract. We do not allow them to use your information for their own purposes.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — for example, to resolve your support request or meet a legal requirement — and then delete or anonymize it.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Age requirements for each app are stated in that app's terms and privacy policy.

9. International users

Rikster is based in Mexico. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in Mexico or in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to protect it consistent with this policy wherever it is processed.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
